Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Kwash Liberated collects when you visit or use this site, and how it's used. This is a personal blog, not a company collecting data for commercial purposes beyond what's described below.

What we collect

The Question of the Month form does not ask for your name, email, or any identifying information — only the question itself. The form is processed through Netlify Forms, which automatically logs standard technical information such as your IP address and submission timestamp as part of how the hosting service works, separate from anything you type.

Beyond form submissions, this site does not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts. If that changes in the future — for example, if display ads or a newsletter signup are added — this policy will be updated to reflect it before those features go live.

How it's used

Submitted questions are reviewed privately. Once a month, one question is selected to be answered or reflected on publicly, edited for length or clarity as needed. Since no name or identifying information is collected, published questions are inherently anonymous. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third parties

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and site traffic as part of providing hosting infrastructure. Netlify's own privacy practices are described in their privacy policy. We don't control and aren't responsible for how third-party services outside our direct use — including sites we link to — handle your data.

Your choices

You can ask that a submitted question and any identifying information be removed at any time by contacting [insert the email address you'd like published here]. We'll honor deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so it can be removed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site grows or adds new features. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
